At Alchemy by Effect Doctors, we strive for perfection in every garment; however, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return window for all unworn items in their original condition. Please ensure all tags remain attached and the luxury packaging is preserved to qualify for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original Alchemy branded packaging to ensure they are protected during transit and include the provided packing slip.

• 3.
  Ship the Parcel

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our atelier receives and inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
